Before you dive into everything I do, let me share my heart. For years, I was the strong one. I was high-functioning, polished, always showing up for everybody else, and quietly carrying more than anyone knew.
I built a career I was proud of, but I didn’t always make room for what I needed.
Then came a season of transition and waiting I hadn’t planned for. In that season, God began showing me who I was beyond the title and what I needed to stop carrying.
That’s why S.H.E. Unrestricted exists: for the woman who looks like she has it all together but is tired of holding it all together.
I’ve spent years helping women move into bigger roles. My work now also makes room for the woman behind the ambition, her voice, her needs, and her purpose. You don’t have to perform here.
