Hey Sis, I'm Sheila.

I was the strong one. The high-functioning one. The woman who could lead the meeting, fix the problem, and hold everybody else together, then get in the car and not have an answer when someone asked, "But how are YOU?

"On paper, I had it all. As a proud alumna of Cal State Dominguez Hills, I went on to earn two master's degrees and spent more than fifteen years climbing the corporate ladder in HR, sitting at the table with leaders at Fortune 500, global, and public companies. Along the way, I coached more than a hundred women (and some good men too) into six-figure seats and rooms they once thought were out of reach. But God wasn't impressed by my résumé. He was after my heart. So He told me to lay it down. I left corporate and walked into a wait I didn't choose, and in that wait, He took the mask off. One layer at a time. No title. No performance. Just me, and a God who loved me without the polish. That's where S.H.E. Unrestricted was born. It's the same heart that fueled Career Coach Shei, with a bigger assignment. I'm not just helping women get the seat anymore. I'm helping them come home to themselves.

S.H.E. Unrestricted is a space for honest conversations about the weight women carry and the freedom God offers when we finally set it down. Every episode is an invitation to breathe, to heal, and to rise. And through The S.H.E. Circle, we're building a sisterhood where we don't compete, we celebrate. (We have to create a link to sign up for this one. God has sent me to stages across the U.S. and around the world: women's conferences, churches, schools on mission trips, and universities like UC Irvine, UC San Diego, and Mira Costa College. But my favorite titles? Wife. Mom. Sports mom yelling from the bleachers. And daughter of the King.

Here's what I know for sure: you don't have to carry it all to be worth it all. Carry less. Feel more. Live unrestricted.
