Friends: When to let go & Red Flags
Not every friendship is meant to last forever. In this episode, we break down the different types of friends, how to evaluate if a friendship is really serving you, and the signs it's time to let go.
Friendships change as we grow, and holding onto the wrong ones can cost you more than you realize. In this episode of S.H.E. Unrestricted, we're getting into the real talk about friendship: the different types of friends you'll have in life, how to evaluate whether a friendship is actually healthy, and how to know when it's time to cut someone off for good. If you've ever found yourself questioning a friendship and didn't know what to do next, this conversation will help you get clarity.
Relationship Betrayal | Cheating...How do you heal? | Episode 8
What happens when the person you trusted becomes the person who hurt you? Betrayal hits differently because it doesn’t come from a stranger. It often comes from someone you let in. Someone you trusted. Someone you never thought you would have to heal from. In this episode of S.H.E. Unrestricted, we’re getting deep. We are talking about relationship betrayal. The hurt, the questions, the loss of trust, and what it really looks like to move forward when a relationship has changed you. We get into the parts of betrayal that people don’t always talk about: questioning what was real, replaying what happened, wondering what you missed, how you respond, and trying not to carry the damage from one relationship into every relationship that comes after it. Now this conversation isn’t just about what they did. It’s about what you do next. How do you heal without becoming hardened? How do you forgive without giving someone unlimited access to you? How do you trust again without ignoring what the experience taught you? And most importantly—how do you make sure someone else’s actions don’t steal who YOU are? If you’ve ever been betrayed by a friend, partner, family member, or someone you deeply trusted, this conversation is for you. Join the conversation: Have you ever had to rebuild yourself after betrayal? What did the experience teach you about relationships, boundaries, or yourself? Subscribe for more conversations about Strength, Healing & Elevation and what it really means to become unrestricted. I am building a community of women who want to rise up and live unrestricted.
IDENTITY THEFT: Who Told You Who You Are?
When we hear the words identity theft, we usually think about stolen credit cards, Social Security numbers, or someone pretending to be us. But there’s another kind of identity theft that can happen so gradually that we don’t even realize it.
Society, our careers, relationships, family expectations, comparison, and even our own accomplishments can begin defining who we are. Before long, we can find ourselves living as the person everyone expects us to be instead of the person God created us to be.
In this episode of S.H.E. Unrestricted, we’re talking about Identity Theft—what happens when we lose sight of our identity in Christ and allow outside voices to influence how we see ourselves.
